Site manager should continuously monitor <br /> site perimeter. <br /> 1.5 Site Perimeter <br /> Breathing zone concentrations at the site perimeter <br /> less than the PEL, site manager shall be monitored on <br /> 60 minute intervals unless notified by project <br /> personnel of elevated readings. <br /> Breathing zone concentrations at the site perimeter <br /> greater than the PEL, site manager shall continuously <br /> monitor conditions on site boundary concentrating in <br /> the down wind direction. <br /> Breathing zone concentrations at site perimeter <br /> greater than the PEL, site manager shall continuously <br /> monitor conditions. if the PEL continues to be <br /> exceeded for 15 minutes, excavation activities shall <br /> be stopped. <br /> Breathing zone concentrations at site perimeter <br /> greater than the PEL, site manager shall immediately <br /> stop drilling/excavation and clear the site of <br /> personnel. Appropriate regulatory agencies should be <br /> contacted (see below). Site manager shall continue to <br /> monitor conditions until levels are reduced to <br /> to background concentrations. <br /> 1.
