The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for DOLLAR GENERAL#14130 as of May 29, 2020. <br /> Open violations from July 19, 2019 inspection <br /> B.A bagged container of LA's Totally Awesome Power Cleaner Degreaser was found in the Oxidizer HW tote. <br /> According to the DG Poster and Alkaline HW Guidance,degreasers are classified as Alkaline. (IMG 7529-7532) <br /> C.The following bagged waste items were found in a Flammable HW tote (IMG 7533-4): <br /> 1.A Kiss Acrylic Kit, containing a container of acrylic liquid and a container of acrylic powder.According to <br /> the product information,the acrylic liquid is flammable and the acrylic powder contains benzoyl peroxide.According <br /> to the DG Poster and Oxidizer HW Guidance, peroxides are classified as Oxidizers. (IMG 7535-6) <br /> D. The following bagged waste items were found in an Acid HW tote(IMG 7552-3): <br /> 1.An open box of Garnier Color Sensation Permanent Hair Color, containing a container of developer and a <br /> container of colorant cream. "Acid"appeared to be written on the outside of the box. On the box's label, hydrogen <br /> peroxide was listed as an ingredient in the developer, and ammonium hydroxide was listed as an ingredient in the <br /> colorant cream.According to the DG Poster and Oxidizer HW Guidance, hydrogen peroxide is classified as an <br /> Oxidizer, and ammonia and hydroxides are classified as Alkaline. (IMG 7554-62) <br /> 2.A box containing DG Health Children's Cold &Allergy Antihistamine and Nasal Decongestant,which <br /> listed drug facts.According to the DG Poster and Toxic HW Guidance, medicines are classified as Toxic. (IMG <br /> 7563-4) <br /> 3.A container of Holloway House Quick Shine Multi-Surface Floor Cleaner. However,the scanner indicated <br /> the cleaner should have been placed in the Toxic HW tote. (IMG 7565-7). <br /> 4.A container of DG Home Lemon Ammonia. However, according to the DG Poster and Alkaline HW <br /> Guidance, ammonia is classified as Alkaline.
