The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for Gonzalez Auto Repair as of April 22, 2020. <br /> Open violations from January 15, 2020 inspection <br /> Violation#113-Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: No copies of disposal records for 2019 and 2020 for hazardous wastes including used oil, paper <br /> oil filters, and used antifreeze were found on site during the inspection. <br /> No copies of paper oil filter disposal records for 2018 were found on site during the inspection. <br /> All of the disposal records for 2017 for hazardous wastes including used oil and used antifreeze were not found on <br /> site during the inspection. No paper oil filter disposal records were found on site for 2017. <br /> Department of Toxic Substance Control (DTSC)records indicate that the following wastes were picked up on <br /> consolidated manifests(listed below by date and waste stream): <br /> -1/12/2017, 60 gallons of used oil <br /> -8/14/2017, 5 gallons of antifreeze and 50 gallons of used oil <br /> -1/9/2019, 55 gallons of used oil <br /> -3/27/2019, 50 gallons of used oil <br /> The consolidated manifests listed from DTSC records were not available for review during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all missing consolidated manifests and maintain them on <br /> site. Provide a copy of the missing consolidated manifest receipts and a corrective action statement to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 3 of 8 <br />
