The Brinderson HSSE Plan identifies how to manage the risks in the scope, as well as monitor and continuously improve the HSSE performance through the duration of the contract. This document does not replace the HSSE clauses of the contract. 2. Scope of the Work , Thegeneral description associated with the contract includes but isnot limited to: • Initial opening of process lines, vessels and equipment; • Confined space work, o Crane operations in support of various tasks; • Demolition and replacement of various piping and details; • Fabrication and field welding activities; • Removal and replacement of various piping and support components; Installation-and removal of temporary-piping-to-support chemical-cleaning, • In addition, some excavation activities. 3. -Schedule of Work 4 x 10 Monday through Thursday 4, HSSE Management System (Plan, Do, Check, Adjust Improvement Cycle) Brinderson adopted and practices at all levels of the organization 5 Core Values : 1 . Our HSSE program will supplement ant -campiiment_any_ofShell's r64Wred_or recornmended-Rollces and/nrliestairactices to ensure onsite cooperation and collaboration for a safe workplace. To ensure-day-to-day compliance while onsite and-specific to the needs of-each location/facility,we will develop a Site-Specific Health and Safety Assessment Plan ( HSAP sample attached ) .
