Brinderson HSSE Plan <br /> o Leadership & Commitment <br /> In addition to a specific procedure (CHSSOP OP-0104) that directs leadership towards a <br /> commitment to our HSSE program, each of our CHSSOPs contains a responsibility element that <br /> includes a description of how each level of leadership is involved and expectations for <br /> leadership's participation and practice for the procedure . The job site supervisors will, at a <br /> minimum, perform a job site audit or leadership observation card for each of their jobsites <br /> weekly. This information is tracked and shared monthly with the Company to increase <br /> commitment to our safety program through site leadership involvement. The regional safety <br /> manager will work with 'the'job site supervisor(s), and site safety. manager. larger projects) to <br /> ensure compliance with all rules, regulations and standards, which includes a comprehensive <br /> review of Shell's HSSE rules and a roll out of those rules in our Site Specific HSAP. <br /> ® Policy & Strategic Objectives <br /> Brinderson will actively communicate its HSSE Commitment and Policy in the Contract by <br /> developing and sharing the Site Specific HSAP in harmony with its Corporate Health and Safety <br /> Standard Operating Procedures. We plan to collaborate with Shell to ensure that all deliverables <br /> from a `Client, perspective are met, In addition to our own internaWrivers 'of sUccessfor' safet'y'on <br /> the job. We will set goals for leading and lagging indicators that are realistic and within the <br /> framework of Shell's expectations for their contractors . The Project <br /> Superintendant is ultimately responsible for the overall safety of all employees and <br /> subcontractors on the project. <br /> e Site Supervisor <br /> The Supervisor has specific day to day responsibilities in the discharge of the safety <br /> program . It requires leadership to coach and counsel employees to excel in their <br /> respective responsibilities to work without incident .
