Brinderson HSSE Plan <br /> Task Assessments. Supervisors shall be knowledgeable of these programs and actively <br /> drive the daily execution of this standard safety process. <br /> ® Site Safety Supervisor <br /> The Safety Supervisor is responsible to insure the HASAP addresses the scope work. This <br /> may require the development of job-specific HASAP or attachments to the current <br /> HASAP. He will also be responsible For the conducting joint safely audits aith Operations. <br /> Maintains trainign records and conducts or arrangesfor necessary training. Conducts <br /> incident investigations and reports findings and implements corrective actions. <br /> All staff are effectively inducted to work on the contract through Company training programs <br /> that include new employee orientation, regulatory training, specific skill or craft training, <br /> acquisition of proper licenses and/or certifications, and any site-specific training that is required <br /> by Shell. Additionally, we have a Short Service Employee Program that addresses the need to <br /> mentor and coach;new employees ,to the job (CHSSOP OP-0115) . We;wijl adapt our <br /> communication efforts to include the requirements set forth by Shell and the necessary cadence <br /> of those communications with our Shell Project Leadership Team . <br /> a Risk Management <br /> - <br /> A Pre-task Assessment must be conducted by supervision with their respective crews every <br /> morning. This Pre-task Assessment will be conducted in our morning tool box meetings. A formal <br /> Job Safety Analysis (JSA ref: CHSSOP OP-0106-01 ) will be filled out for each job task by the crew <br /> that will be performing that task (see Exhibit-A) . The supervisors will review and sign all JSAs <br /> before work will begin .
