(site specific) <br /> ® Zero Accident Process <br /> ® Job Hazard Analysis <br /> • Stop 'WorkAuthority <br /> ® Injury and Illness Prevention Program <br /> Hazard Communisation <br /> ® Job Site Audits and Observations <br /> ® Regulatory Inspections <br /> ® Work Permits <br /> ® Subcontractor Safety <br /> • Short Service Employee Program <br /> ® HSE Training <br /> Cade-of-Safe Practices- <br /> 0 PPE <br /> • Emergency Response Programs <br /> ® - Operation al/SkiII/Craft Qualifications andGuidelines <br /> All required pertinent policies and procedures will be either addressed in our CHSSOPs oradded <br /> to the Site-Specific Health and Safety Assessment Plan for each location . <br /> ® Implementation, Monitoring & Reporting <br /> All incidents, including near misses, are investigated to determine causal factors, and corrective <br /> actions. This- information .is_usedto__share- lessons_learnedwith the organization .andwillbe <br /> shared with Shell for Shell specific incidents. In the event of an incident the investigative team <br /> will determine which methodology will be used . Brinderson employs both the "S Why", and/or <br /> "TapRoot° investigation methods based on the severity or potential severity of the incident. <br /> All employees are required .to perform weekly_okservations by way, of an HSOR card or <br /> leadership observation report. This is simply one way we can report unsafe conditions/acts that <br /> are observed in the workplace . <br /> Brinderson Health & Safety Observation Report (HSOR) system <br /> The Health & Safety Observation Report ( HSOR) initiatives are an educational and <br /> observation process used to improve safety performance and reduce risk in the workplace. <br /> This process uses a proactive approach and is untended to communicate to employees the <br /> elements and the:proced(fres _of"HSORthaf'will assist in 'reducing_atrisk behaviors which in <br /> turn reduces injuries in our workplace. <br /> The++SDkprogram applies to all-projects and locations. At some locations Aegion-Energy <br /> Services is required to participate in customer observation programs. In those instances, <br /> participation should be approved initially by Company Regional HSSE Manager to ensure it <br /> meets the criteria for measurement and feedback.
