Brinderson HSSE Plan Each location/site develops a Health and Safety Assessment Plan which is a combination of established procedures based on loss experience, best practices and regulatory compliance, which encompasses a host of programs, including but not limited to the following : • Corporate Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures (CHSSOP) • Health and SafetyAssessmentPlan . (site specific) ® Zero Accident Process ® Job Hazard Analysis • Stop 'WorkAuthority ® Injury and Illness Prevention Program Hazard Communisation ® Job Site Audits and Observations ® Regulatory Inspections ® Work Permits ® Subcontractor Safety • Short Service Employee Program ® HSE Training Cade-of-Safe Practices- 0 PPE • Emergency Response Programs ® - Operation al/SkiII/Craft Qualifications andGuidelines All required pertinent policies and procedures will be either addressed in our CHSSOPs oradded to the Site-Specific Health and Safety Assessment Plan for each location . ® Implementation, Monitoring & Reporting All incidents, including near misses, are investigated to determine causal factors, and corrective actions. This- information .is_usedto__share- lessons_learnedwith the organization .andwillbe shared with Shell for Shell specific incidents. In the event of an incident the investigative team will determine which methodology will be used . Brinderson employs both the "S Why", and/or "TapRoot° investigation methods based on the severity or potential severity of the incident. All employees are required .to perform weekly_okservations by way, of an HSOR card or leadership observation report. This is simply one way we can report unsafe conditions/acts that are observed in the workplace . Brinderson Health & Safety Observation Report (HSOR) system The Health & Safety Observation Report ( HSOR) initiatives are an educational and observation process used to improve safety performance and reduce risk in the workplace. This process uses a proactive approach and is untended to communicate to employees the elements and the:proced(fres _of"HSORthaf'will assist in 'reducing_atrisk behaviors which in turn reduces injuries in our workplace. The++SDkprogram applies to all-projects and locations. At some locations Aegion-Energy Services is required to participate in customer observation programs. In those instances, participation should be approved initially by Company Regional HSSE Manager to ensure it meets the criteria for measurement and feedback. HSOR cards shall be used to collect relevant data acid all employees are required to participate in the HSOR program and follow the established guidelines.
