But not to limit the recognition of safe behaviors for positive <br /> reinforcement. <br /> It is imperative in this process that all employees follow the established HSOR expectations in <br /> this section , <br /> o All craftsmen are required to complete and submit at a minimum one HSOR card per <br /> week. <br /> o Managers/Supervisors are required to complete and submit at a minimum one <br /> Ceadership Observation Card per week, <br /> o 'Honesty. and Quality.are critical in this program- (no. pencil whipped cards) <br /> - <br /> o Be professional <br /> o HSOR cards are not a punishment tool <br /> o - Use-stop worl<-authority-if you-observe-something dangerous <br /> All employees involved in an observation shall be willing to be observed,. be cooperative, <br /> avoid being defensive, participate in problem — solving meetings and be familiar with the <br /> HSOR process , Communication with workers after observations thanking them for allowing <br /> you to observe and stressing the safe behaviors before the at-risk behaviors is a best <br /> practice. <br /> At the completion of the observation record comments for every entry to include what and <br /> why. Make quality observations concentrating on quality comments. <br /> Safety 'Manager &Supervisor shall support by setting goals & objectives, encourage, <br /> promote, provide technical support and. assist in acquiring the resources needed for the . <br /> HSOR process . SafetViManagefnentshall _collect all observation clata'cards and enter all data <br /> into the IndustrySafe® database on a weekly schedule. <br /> Last- step is to-report to Corporate 1 ! SSE the-results- each month based on-participation and <br /> this data is then shared in a monthly report with the entire Company that includes both <br /> leading and lagging indicators , <br /> Corporate HSSE also tracks compliance on this leading indicator activity to further support and, <br /> make a commitment to identification of-hazards in the workplace. <br /> As mentioned above, every incident is investigated and reported in our IndustrySafe data base. <br /> For incidents of significance, we will ask a Shell representative to be a part of the Incident <br /> Investigation Team. <br /> The following KPI's are included in the contract and will be shared with Shell on a quarterly basis : <br /> Assurance <br /> All Brinderson projects have monthly reviews by management where safety metrics are <br /> reported, and action items are recorded and followed Up on during the subsequent reviews (or <br /> earlier if warranted ) , These monthly reports are visible to the top levels of the company in both <br /> operations and, the safety functional organization. <br /> i <br /> All information with regards to incident findings, lesson learned, and actions taken based on <br /> investigations will be shared with all our employees onsite, and additionally by way of Company <br /> communications that are shared regularly by Corporate HSSE. <br /> P a F e.
