In the event that <br /> the soil site assessment phase of the investigationindicates that groundwater has been <br /> likely to be impacted by the contamination, then a groundwater site assessment phase <br /> of the investigation will be evaluated. <br /> All reports will be signed by a California RegisterE d Geologist or Civil or Geotechnical <br /> Engineer, as required by the CRWQCB. <br /> 6 <br />
