WZ1 INC <br /> A second domestic water well on the property was discovered in the basement of the <br /> residence during a September 1996 inspection This well still had the pump located in it <br /> but was not currently in use This well will be abandoned under a separate permit with <br /> PHSEHD <br /> I <br /> Electricity is provided to the general site vicinity by Pacific Gas and Electric Company <br /> (PG&E) Overhead electrical transmission lines were present along the western margin <br /> of the subject property and down the main driveway to the residence <br /> The subject property is not currently connected to a sewer The residence is supported <br /> by two septic tank systems Sewer service is available to the subject property by the City <br /> of Lodi Department of Public Works Sewage from the area is directed to the City's <br /> treatment plant located on North Thornton Road approximately five miles to the west <br /> 2.3 Aerial Photograph and U.S. Geological Survey Map Review <br /> As part of the WZI investigation, aerial photographs and U S Geological Survey <br /> topographic maps were reviewed In addition to the aerial photograph review by WZi, a <br /> similar aerial photograph investigation was conducted by Raney Geotechnical Inc , West <br /> Sacramento (Raney Geotechnical, 1996) Aerial photographs were reviewed at the main <br /> library at University of California, Davis and obtained from Geonex Inc , Sacramento, <br /> California A copy of the most recent (1992) aerial photograph that covers the main <br /> operations portion of the subject property is depicted as Exhibit 3 <br /> 08220010 011 12 <br />
