WZ1 INC <br /> • observed near the center of the building which appear to be connected to an irrigation well <br /> situated Just outside the eastern wall of the structure The remainder of the pumphouse <br /> interior was used for equipment storage <br /> The pump house was demolished and the cistern was exposed A ramp was excavated <br /> by a front-end loader on the western side of the cistern to allow the debris to be removed <br /> All debris was removed from the cistern and the bottom was excavated until a 12 inch <br /> diameter steel cased water well was found in the base of the astern This well was <br /> sounded with a water well depth tape and free-standing water was found to be present at <br /> a depth of 73 5 feet below ground surface The casing elevation is 34 5 feet The water <br /> depth is consistent with published groundwater water elevations for the area (Exhibit 4) <br /> No record regarding the depth and completion practice of the well was on file with <br /> PHSEHD <br /> A main agriculture irrigation well is located on the property immediately east of the cistern <br /> well (Exhibit 5) A televideo log of this well was conducted The well was measured as <br /> having a total depth of 210 feet below ground surface Perforated zones in the casing <br /> were present between 142 and 148 feet below ground surface The well bore was <br /> uncased from 159 feet below ground surface to total depth <br /> Dunking water to the subject property is provided by a domestic water well located in the <br /> former yard area The pump in the well was pulled and the well sounded The bottom <br /> of the well was determined by sounding tape to be approximately 112 feet deep Static <br /> water level in the well was measured by WZI personnel to be approximately 76 5 feet <br /> below ground surface during September, 1996 No information regarding the total depth <br /> and completion practice of the well was found on file with PHSEHD <br /> 08220010 oil �1 <br />
