Z1 INC <br /> • Mr John Kahn was interviewed at the subject property and had little information regarding <br /> the history of the property Mr Khan indicated that he purchased the property from a Mr <br /> Eric Woolk but could not remember the date of the purchase He did mention that Mr <br /> Woolk planted the existing vineyard about 70 years ago Mr Khan did not have any <br /> recollection of the cistern well or any information about the other water wells <br /> Mr Khan stated that he did use the two underground fuel storage tanks during the period <br /> of his property ownership but that he did not install either of the tanks That statement <br /> suggests the tanks would have been in the ground since at least 1978 Mr Khan indicated <br /> that he suspected "theft" of the gasoline from Tank#1 as the tank routinely would not have <br /> as much fuel left in it as his records would indicate Mr Khan also indicated that he did <br /> not use the gasoline fuel tank for at least the last five years of his property ownership <br /> period (1983 to 1988) <br /> Mr Khan also indicated that he did not have any idea that the gasoline tank (Tank#1) had <br /> • leaked at any time No fuel purchase or use records were available for WZl to review <br /> regarding either of the two tanks No precision tank testing was ever reported to have <br /> i <br /> occurred on either tank <br /> 2.5 Previous Environmental Related Work <br /> Prior to the investigation initiated by WZI, no previous environmental related work had <br /> been conducted on the subject property The area immediately surrounding the subject <br /> property was reviewed to determine if any environmental-related problems were present <br /> that could potentially affect the site assessment investigation on the Hi Hopes property <br /> A summary of the regulatory agency records reviewed is presented below <br /> i <br /> 08220010 011 15 <br /> i <br />
