San Joaquin County Proposition 65 List <br /> PHSEHD maintains a hand-written list of reported incidents involving hazardous materials <br /> Most reported incidents involve relatively small quantities of hazardous materials and <br /> typically require little or no site remediation Sites requiring extensive clean-up work or <br /> further investigation are placed on the San Joaquin County Site Mitigation List which is <br /> discussed further in this section of the report The WZI review of the Proposition 65 list <br /> for incidents dated from January, 1995 to the present has revealed no reported hazardous <br /> materials incidents either on or adjacent to the subject property <br /> San Joaquin County Underground Tank/Hazardous Materials List <br /> PHSEHD maintains a master list which includes all sites which have been permitted to <br /> operate underground storage tanks in San Joaquin County Sites which appear on this <br /> • list are not necessarily problematic This list was reviewed by WZI to identify active <br /> permitted underground tank sites within 2,000 feet of the property Only one permitted site <br /> was identified and is discussed below <br /> Lodi Untried School Distnct- 820 South Cluff Avenue <br /> The Lodi Unified School District Transportation Department is located at 820 South Cluff <br /> Avenue, approximately 1,000 feet northwest of the subject property The School District <br /> presently operates three 10,000 gallon underground gasoline and diesel tanks as well as <br /> one 550-gallon underground waste oil tank The site is included within the Site Mitigation <br /> Database because of a past unauthorized hydrocarbon release <br /> • 08220010 011 16 <br />
