In addition to the monitoring well permit applications, you will find the <br /> following requested information: <br /> • Application fee of$323.00. <br /> • Work Plan for Installation of Additional Monitoring Wells. <br /> • Work Plan approval letter from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> One of the new monitoring wells will be located in the City of Tracy public right-of-way. We <br /> are in the process of obtaining an encroachment permit for this well from the City of Tracy. <br /> Upon receiving the encroachment permit a copy will be forwarded to you. The Site Safety <br /> and Health Plan will be forwarded to you within the next few days. <br /> The monitoring well installation is tentatively scheduled for February 4-7, 1997.
