INTRODUCTION <br /> On behalf of Georgia-Pacific, LLC (G-P), in compliance with the California Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region (RWQCB) letter dated April 26, 2011 <br /> ' (Appendix A), Acton • Mickelson • Environmental, Inc. (AME) has prepared this Report on <br /> Well Destruction for the former Tracy Chemical Packaging Plant located at 75 W. Valpico Road, <br /> Tracy, California (site; Figures 1 and 2). The well destruction procedures were outlined in the <br /> ' Revised Work Plan for Well Destruction dated June 14, 2011 (Appendix B) and approved by the <br /> RWQCB in an email dated June 14, 2011 (Appendix B). The scope of work described herein was <br /> part of well destruction activities that were conducted at the site in general accordance with San <br /> ' Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County) requirements.
