The Report includes the final inspection letter for the new septic system, the septic
system modifications letter, the as-built site plan, and a signed certification statement.
Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. R5-2-002-0148 (WDRs) Provision G.2.i requires the
Discharger submit a report showing that it has constructed the additional domestic septic system as
described in the Revised Report, Domestic Wastewater System dated 29 May 2002. To comply, the
septic system must include a minimum of four additional leach lines, 95 feet long, and a minimum of
four seepage pits. The as-built site plan depicts sixteen new leach lines, 95 feet long, each with a
seepage pit at the end.
The Report is complete. Therefore, WDRs Provision G.2.i is hereby satisfied.
If you}gave any questions regarding this matter, please contact Ms. Amy Simpson at (559) 445-6187.
 F Coo✓
EHOMASINKOS
xecutive Officer
cc: Ms. Teresa Geimer, California Department of Water Resources, Sacramento
Ms. Charyce Taylor, California Department of Water Resources, Fresno
Mr. Mike Huggins, San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, Stocktoi3v
Mr. David Irey, Esq., San Joaquin County District Attorney, Stockton
Mr. Bill Jennings, DeltaKeeper, Stockton
Mr. Michael Campos, Esq., Stoel Rives LLP, Sacramento
Mr. Paul Harpainter, Tracy
H:\My Documents\Musco\Muscodomestic.doc
NI5/B/MUSCO FAMILY OLIVE COMPANY/W WT&LAND DISPOSAL FACILITY/513392059002
California Environmental Protection Agency
2a Recycled Paper
The energy challenge facing California is real.
