The <br /> Amendment was prepared in response to Regional Board letter dated 8 May 2003, which requested <br /> Musco submit a revised Storm Water Report. The technical document is required by Provision G.2.c of <br /> Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. R5-2002-0148. The Amendment includes a revised Figure 1 <br /> identifying the Evaporation Sump, chloride and sodium storm water by-pass release criteria, and <br /> provisions for color monitoring, as requested. On 1 July 2003, we received a letter containing a signed <br /> certification statement for the Amendment. <br /> The technical documentation describing the storm water bypass criteria, as revised by the Amendment, <br /> is complete.
