(Attach additional pages, if necessary)
While driving along Interstate 580 to and from the Bay Area, I passed Musco's facility at around 10:30 a.m. and
again around 7:30 p.m. Both times I detected strong objectionable odors emanating from Musco's wastewater
disposal fields. On 6/3/03, I telephoned Mr. Dennis Leikam of Musco to report the nuisance odors. By 6/11/03
letter, Mr. Hall stated the source of the nuisance odor is stagnant wastewater in the irrigation distribution system
and that, effective immediately, Musco personnel will remove the end caps from all lateral lines to drain the lines
and prevent further development of offensive odors in an anaerobic environment.
