You <br /> indicate odors are usually worst when Musco irrigates its land with wastewater. <br /> Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. R5-2002-0148 specifies that nuisance odors originating at <br /> Musco's facility shall not be perceivable beyond the limits of Musco's property.
