Under the supervision of the
' County of San Joaquin Environmental Health Division, represented by Inspector Steve
Sasson, an LEL and oxygen reading was taken by a Bowen Construction-Engineering
technician, using a Gas Tech 1214 SMPM combustible gas/oxygen detector to determine
levels were sufficiently low for UST removal.
After approval from the County of San Joaquin Environmental Health Division
representative, Steve Sasson to remove tank on January 18, 1999, said tank was removed
from the site with the use of an 45 ton crane. Tank LEL levels were below 2% and
Oxygen levels were below 5%.
'" After examination of the exterior of tank, by Bowen Construction-Engineering
technicians and representative from the County of San Joaquin Environmental Health
Division, it was noted that there were no apparent cracks, holes or other signs of breaches
on the tank.
L.
