IN REPLY, REFER TO: SITE CODE 1423 <br /> Please be advised that this office has reviewed the tank area closure report, <br /> submitted by Weston in regard to the work done to date at the above referenced <br /> site. We have the following recommendations: <br /> 1. Refer to the Tri Regional Staff Recommendations for the specific <br /> procedures, minimum information, and report formats necessary to > <br /> enable the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental <br /> Health Division and Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) :to <br /> conductan expeditious review. <br /> 2. The soil types encountered during the re-excavation should be <br /> described using the Uniform Soil Classification System. <br /> 3. Illustrate the location and indicate the depth samples were taken <br /> from the tank pit and pipeline trench during the re-excavation. <br /> Provide both top view and crass sectional diagrams of tank pit and <br /> pipeline area. <br /> 4. A scaled drawing should be provided that has the following <br /> information: <br /> a. Location of all former tanks and pipelines. <br /> b. Locations of any underground public and/or privatae utilities <br /> such as septic systems and leach fields, sewer lines, water <br /> lines and any overhead lines. <br /> c.
