(AGE). PHS/EHD has the following comments. <br /> The soil vapor extraction(SVE) and an in-situ air sparing(IAS) system began operation at the site in <br /> November 1999. The report stated the effectiveness of the SVE system continued to decrease since <br /> the groundwater level began to rise in April 2000.
