• ►
Steven Sasson, Senior REHS
February 16, 1995
Page 3
Once we have completed the delineation of the plumes, we will issue another IFB
calling for feasibility studies. After the feasibility studies, we will address remediation. Based
upon the foregoing, we believe that it is too early to consider what corrective actions will
ultimately be required. However, based upon the actions that we have taken recently, I
believe that we have made considerable progress toward that goal.
As I have stated in earlier correspondence, it is our goal to ensure that our clients are in
total compliance with the directives of the Environmental Health Division and would request
that you contact me directly if you should have any concerns or recommendations as to the
actions we have proposed.
Sincerely yours,
JEFFREY B. SETNESS
cc: John Chase (w/o exhibits) (Via Fax)
William Chase (w/o exhibits)
Barbara Andersen, USTCF (w/o exhibits)
