Bottom seam <br /> had 1"hole. <br /> II SCOPE OF WORK - SOIL AND GROUNDWATER IMPACT <br /> ASSESSMENT ACTIVITIES <br /> The selected consultant will be required to provide services to accomplish the following <br /> scope-of-work (SOW). All work is required to be accomplished according to USEPA <br /> SW-846 and Tri-Regional Board Staff Recommendations for Preliminary Evaluation and <br /> Investigation of Underground Tank Sites (October, 1990 and August, 1991) protocols and <br /> any other applicable rules and regulations. <br /> Bidders are directed to address each work task as presented here. Costs should be <br /> prepared on the basis of the work scope presented, with a unit cost per proposed type of <br /> assessment activity (CPT penetration, boring, well etc.) allowed for in each case such that <br /> should additional work effort be required, decisions can be made in the field to carry on <br /> such work on a unit cost basis. <br /> • <br />
