California Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> On December 18, 2014, a meeting was held at the San Joaquin County, Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD), to discuss the status of the above referenced contaminated underground storage <br /> tank (UST) sites, and to determine an appropriate timeframe to satisfy the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board (SWRCB), Low-Threat Underground Storage Tank Case Closure Policy (LTCP) <br /> requirements. Marin EHD <br /> Sharla Hardy City of Stockton Nuel Henderson EHD <br /> Adrienne Ellsaesser EHD Gabriel Gonzalez EHD <br /> In the discussion, EHD requested �fiat the City of Stockton submit a work plan for each UST site <br /> above addressing the path to closurb plan, outlined in the SWRCB, GeoTracker database located on <br /> their website, geotracker(a)waterboards.ca.gov. In response to the EHD request, the City of Stockton <br /> stated that due to their recent financial situation, they have been unable to submit the work plans or <br /> conduct any site work.
