25 August 1995 <br /> AGE-NC Project No 95-0143 <br /> Page 6 of 6 <br /> extent of impacted ground water The estimated extent of impacted ground water is shown on Figure <br /> 5 <br /> Two monitoring wells, for investigation of an unauthorized release at the Crystal Cream and Butter <br /> Company site west of the site, are currently located in Van Buren Street west of probings GP 19 and <br /> GP27 We recommend the installation of 5 additional ground water monitoring wells near the site <br /> The proposed wells should be installed near probings GP20, GP29, GP 30, GP31 and south of GP22 <br /> The well near GP 31 should be moved further to the west, if access can be obtained The proposed <br /> well locations are shown on Figure 5 <br /> 6.0. LIMITATIONS <br /> Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by <br /> environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities The findings were based upon <br /> analytical results provided by an independent laboratory Evaluations of the geologic/hydrogeologic <br /> conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation are made from a limited number of available <br /> • data points(i a monitoring wells, soil probings)and subsurface conditions may vary away from these <br /> data points No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the professional recommendations <br /> contained to this report <br />
