' 21 December 2001 <br /> AGE NC Project No 95-0143 <br />' Page 5 of 5 <br />' Petroleum hydrocarbons were detected In four of the twelve ground water monitoring wells <br /> sampled at concentrations ranging from 180 µg/l (MW-6) to 150,000 µg11 (MW-3) TBA <br /> was detected In the sample collected from MW-24 at a concentration of 73 pg/l MTBE, <br />' DIPE, ETBE, TAME, ethanol and methanol were not detected in samples collected from the <br /> site during the November 2001 sampling event Historically, only low concentrations of fuel <br /> oxygenating compounds have been detected at the site since monitoring for these compounds <br />' began in August 1997 <br /> 1 6.0. RECOMMENDATIONS <br />' Based upon data collected during the November 2001 and previous sampling events, AGE <br /> recommends <br /> • Continued quarterly monitoring of the ground water monitoring well system on the site The <br /> next quarterly monitoring should be performed in February 2002, concurrent with monitoring <br /> at the Madison site <br /> 7.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by <br /> environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities The findings were based mainly <br /> upon analytical results provided by an independent laboratory Evaluations of the ground water <br /> conditions at the site have been made from a limited number of available data points (1 e monitoring <br /> I wells and ground water samples), and subsurface conditions may vary through time and with <br /> distance from these data points No other warranty, expressed or Implied, Is made as to the <br /> professional recommendations contained in this report <br /> I <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
