the former UST. The soil sample, sample ID.: Tank Location, 7.0', w a s <br /> collected in a brass sample tube from the bottom of the borehole in native <br /> soil at 7.0-feet below ground surface. The soil cuttings above the soil <br /> sample consisted of non-spec. backfill material used to fill in the UST <br /> excavation. The soil sample was analyzed for TPH-G, TPH-D, BTEX a n d <br /> TTLC lead. The concentrations for all constituents tested were less than <br /> the reporting limits; except for TTLC lead at 12 ppm. (see a copy of t h e <br /> attached analytical report). <br /> It is not, nor has it ever been, ASE's intent to conduct environmental field <br /> activities without prior authorization/permission from local regulatory <br /> agencies. ASE has been conducting consulting/contracting activities i n <br /> California for over 15 years without such an incident.
