(Geomatrix), over- <br /> saw the destruction of groundwater monitoring well TW-1 at the subject site on 31 October 1997. <br /> The destruction was performed by Gregg Drilling and Testing, Inc. under a permit from your <br /> office. <br /> Destruction was accomplished by overdrilling the casing and annular fill materials,pulling the <br /> casing from the ground, filling the boreholes to within 3 feet of the ground surface with bentonite <br /> chips, hydrating the bentonite, and filling the upper 3 feet of the borehole with native soil.
