If the proposed fuel storage area is below ground, submit four sets of detailed <br /> underground storage tank plans to the Environmental Health Division for review and <br /> approval prior to the beginning of construction. <br /> 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements <br /> will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Exterior walls less than 20 feet from a property line shall be of one-hour fire- <br /> resistive construction. <br /> (2) The proposed repair shop shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler <br /> system or divided into areas less than 3,000 square feet by area separation walls. <br /> (3) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements. (C.C.R., <br /> Tale 24) <br /> (4) The floor area of the repair shop (H-4 occupancy) shall be served by one or more <br /> floor drains that shall drain to an approved grease and oil separator. The <br /> separator shall have prior approval by the Environmental Health Division of Public <br /> Health Services before submission to Building Inspection for permits, and it shall <br /> meet all the criteria for hazardous waste generation. <br />
