CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> ANGELO & TERESA <br /> SA-91-35 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the issuance of any Building Permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) <br /> all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in <br /> force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been <br /> secured and remain in force. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. Only one accessory structure, to be used for maintenance and <br /> repair of the permitted trucks and trailers, is allowed. <br /> b. No parking shall be allowed in the front or side yard <br /> setbacks. <br /> C. The first one hundred feet of the driveway shall be paved or <br /> surfaced in a manner approved by the Development Services <br /> Division. <br /> d. Driveway width at the right-of-way shall be a minimum of 40 <br /> feet. The design of the driveway shall be such as to allow <br /> all trucks from the property to enter and exit without <br /> entering into the opposing lane of traffic. <br /> e. Adequate off-street parking, turnaround and maneuvering area <br /> shall be provided on site. No backing of trucks to or from <br /> the County road right-of-way is allowed. <br /> f. No transfer of loads is allowed in truck parking areas. <br /> g. On site repair work shall be limited to those trucks used in <br /> the operation. <br /> h. No outside storage of materials, truck parts, or ancillary <br /> equipment, or salvaging of inoperable, unlicensed, or unusable <br /> equipment or vehicles or parts thereof, shall be permitted. <br /> i. No signs are allowed. <br /> j . A valid San Joaquin County Business License and PUC permit <br /> shall be required. <br />
