Dedication to result in a 42-foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of Peltier Road to the Property line shall be <br /> required across the frontage of APN 017-040-08 . <br /> d. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. (The fees currently are <br /> $2, 715. 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Office" <br /> and $1,970. 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Service Commercial" in the Lodi area. If there is no <br /> building permit required, the fee will be exempt. The fee <br /> shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record) . <br />
