The frontage improvement for Peltier Road shall be constructed <br /> in conformance with the standards for one-half of an 84-foot <br /> right-of-way farm or estate subdivision street. The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred <br /> upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to <br /> their estimated construction costs prior to issuance of a <br /> Building Permit/Improvement Plan. (A $250. 00 fee currently is <br /> required for processing per Planning Title Section 9-10502 in <br /> addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the <br /> required frontage improvements. The estimate and legal <br /> description shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer <br /> with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the <br /> Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department of <br /> Public Works for approval. This leach field area must be used <br /> for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. Also show a 100% expansion <br /> area for the sewage disposal area. <br /> 2) Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under <br /> a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br />
