REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> VICTOR STRAIN TRUST <br /> SA-91-6 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the issuance of any Building Permits. <br /> 1. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. An Improvement Plan, prepared by a registered Civil Engineer, <br /> showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, <br /> existing and proposed utility services, and grading, shall be <br /> submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. <br /> b. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> C. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for the <br /> additional improvements on this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of the building permit application. <br /> (The fee is $6, 126. 00 per 1, 000 gross square feet of building <br /> as "Retail/Service" in the Lodi area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record. ) <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility construction <br /> plans to the Environmental Health Division for review and <br /> approval prior to beginning construction. <br />
