BUILDING DIVISION <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division: <br /> 1. Exterior walls less than 20 feet from a property line <br /> shall be on one-hour, fire-resistive construction. <br /> 2 . Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> b. The Construction Site Plans shall indicate the following: <br /> 1. Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 2 . Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 3 . The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per square foot (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 4. PLANNING DIVISION <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. The approval shall only be for gasoline sales and an accessory <br /> convenience store. The approval does not include automotive <br /> repair. <br /> b. No outdoor storage is permitted. <br /> C. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on three <br /> sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth side. <br />
