REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-91-6 <br /> PAGE FIVE <br /> C) Use of petroleum-based dust palliative shall meet <br /> the road oil requirements of the District's Rule <br /> 409.5, Cutback asphalt Paving Materials. <br /> d) Streets adjacent to the project site should be swept <br /> as needed to remove silt which may have accumulated <br /> from construction activities. <br /> 4) At all times, ozone precursor emissions shall be <br /> controlled by the following methods: <br /> a) All internal combustion engine driven equipment <br /> should be properly maintained and well tuned <br /> according to manufacturer ' s specifications. <br /> b) During the smog season (May through October) , the <br /> construction period should be lengthened so as to <br /> minimize the number of vehicles and equipment <br /> operating at the same time. <br /> C. The applicant shall apply for Authority to Construct and <br /> Permit to Operate from the San Joaquin County Air Pollution <br /> Control District in constructing and operating the underground <br /> fuel tanks and gasoline dispensing devices to be in compliance <br /> with the District's Rule No. 201 (A) , (B) , and Rule No. 409 . <br /> It is the responsibility of the applicant to comply with the <br /> District's rules prior to operation. <br /> d. It is the responsibility of the applicant to notify the <br /> District in writing with respect to the actual date of <br /> construction/grading one week prior to said activities. The <br /> applicant should use file No. SA-91-6 in the communication to <br /> the District and under the attention of the Planning Section. <br /> e. Projects shall designate a person or persons to maintain <br /> adequate record keeping of mitigation measures, if applicable <br /> for the Air Pollution Control District staff in making <br /> scheduled for unscheduled inspections. <br />
