CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> GX-92-3 <br /> A & J BOERSMA <br /> Unless otherwise specified, prior to commencement of excavation <br /> an Improvement Plan shall be submitted for approval showing all <br /> Conditions of Approval. <br /> The approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and <br /> (2) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured <br /> and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES: <br /> a. The final grade shall have an average elevation of no <br /> less than 63 . 9 feet and shall comply with the approved <br /> grading excavation plan. <br /> b. Access shall be limited to the proposed haul route as <br /> shown on the drawings. <br /> C. All private roads involved in an excavation shall be <br /> maintained so as to control the creation of dust. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-2224 . {a}) <br /> d. Provide certification of approval of proposed final <br /> grades from the South San Joaquin Irrigation District. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-22241b}) <br /> e. Excavation operations shall not be carr?.ed on during <br /> the hours from nine (9) p.m. through five (5) a.m. , <br /> except during periods of declared national, state, or <br /> local emergency. (Planning Title Section 9-2224{d}) <br /> f. All emissions shall be subject to the rules and <br /> regulations of the San Joaquin County Air Pollution <br /> Control District. It shall be a Condition of Approval <br /> for the applicant to notify the District in writing <br /> with respect to the actual date of grading/excavation <br /> one week prior to said activities. The applicant <br /> should use file no. GX-92-3 in the communication to the <br /> District and under the attention of the Development <br /> Services Division if and when grading and/or excavation <br /> is implemented. <br />
