Conditions of Approval <br /> GR-92-3 <br /> Page 2 <br /> g. If noxious weeds are on the site, operations shall be <br /> in accordance with instructions from the Agricultural <br /> Commissioner of San Joaquin County. (Planning Title <br /> Section 9-2224 . {hl) <br /> h. A written notification of work schedules shall be <br /> provided to the County by the applicant prior to any <br /> grading or excavation. (Planning Title Section 9- <br /> 2224 . {jl) <br /> i. At the completion of the grading, the applicant shall <br /> have a Registered Civil Engineer or Licensed Land <br /> Surveyor compare the excavation's final elevations with <br /> the approved permit. The engineer or surveyor shall <br /> submit a certified, written finding to the Development <br /> Services Division which states and documents the <br /> compliance or non-compliance of the excavation with the <br /> approved permit. (Planning Title Section 9-2224{kl) <br /> j . Secure a performance bond or other financial security <br /> sufficient to cover the cost of rehabilitation of the <br /> site for agricultural use. The form of the bond shall <br /> be found acceptable by County Counsel. (Planning Title <br /> Section 9-2224 . 1m1{2l) <br /> k. Any night lighting established on the property shall be <br /> arranged and controlled so as not to illuminate public <br /> rights-of-way or adjacent properties. (Planning Title <br /> Section 9-2224{dl) <br /> 1. The excavation and rehabilitation shall be completed <br /> before May 26, 1994. If the excavation does not <br /> commence within eighteen (18) months of the date of <br /> approval, the permit shall lapse and become void. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-2224. {ll) <br /> M. Provide a letter indicating that the replacement of the <br /> topsoil will not enhance the agricultural suitability <br /> of the property. (Planning Title Section 9-2224. {gl) <br /> 2. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Provide an approved potable water supply and sanitary <br /> facilities for all employees. (Planning Title Section <br /> 9-2224. {il) <br />
