The form of the bond or other <br /> financial security shall be found acceptable by County <br /> Counsel. (Section 9-22241m}) <br /> n. The applicant shall not be required to replace the site' s <br /> topsoil and excavated material may be removed from the <br /> site without stockpiling, following the County' s <br /> acceptance of the performance guarantee. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited <br /> into any water course nor in any way contribute to the <br /> pollution thereof. (California Water Code, Section <br /> 13376) <br /> b. Provide approved sanitary facilities for all employees. <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3001) <br /> 3. SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT <br /> a. The landowner shall agree not to perform any excavation <br /> or grading within the S. S.J. I .D. easement or within 15 <br /> feet of the centerline of the pipeline, whichever is <br /> greater. <br /> b. Excavations adjacent to the District easements and/or <br /> facilities shall have a minimum 3 : 1 slope from the <br /> excavated field to the top of the berm. <br /> C. The landowner shall take such steps as are required by <br /> the S. S.J. I.D. Water Superintendent to remedy any <br /> project- related erosion on banks adjacent to the <br /> District' s facilities. <br /> d. No soil shall lie stockpiled over the S. S.J. I.D. <br /> pipeline. <br /> e. No heavy equipment shall travel over the S. S.J. I.D. <br /> pipeline without approved bridging; said bridging to be <br /> approved by S. S.J. I.D. and the contractor. <br /> f. No trees and/or rubbish shall be disposed of or stored on <br /> the S. S.J. I.D. easement or facilities. <br />
