The landowner shall agree that the existing pipeline or <br /> concrete lined canal does not presently leak and shall <br /> agree that any damage will be repaired at landowner's <br /> expense. <br /> i. It is understood by the applicant that the District shall <br /> not be held responsible to remedy high water table <br /> problems created by the excavation. <br /> j . Landowner shall provide the District with sufficient fill <br /> dirt from the excavation for protection of canal or <br /> pipeline and place fill dirt as directed by District <br /> Engineering Department. <br /> k. Any irrigation service structure (District or Private) <br /> modification or installation necessitated by the proposed <br /> excavation shall be performed at the landowner's expense. <br /> Furthermore, owner shall obtain a Structure Permit from <br /> the District prior to installing, modifying, or removing <br /> any irrigation structures on District facilities. <br /> 1. The above Conditions of Approval shall be placed on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br /> M. The Improvement Plan, showing all District easements, <br /> shall be submitted to the District's Board of Directors <br /> for approval and signature. <br /> 4. DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION: <br /> a. The owner shall dedicate an additional twenty (20) feet <br /> of right-of-way along the frontage of State Route 120, <br /> resulting in a total of fifty (50) feet of dedication <br /> from the centerline of the highway. <br /> b. No grading shall be permitted within ten (10) feet of the <br /> right-of-way. <br /> C. The owner shall provide the Department with the following <br /> information about the project's traffic generation <br /> characteristics: truck haul routes into and out of the <br /> site (type and frequency) , analysis of impacts and <br />
