STANDARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> SD-93-69 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> 1. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) . <br /> 2 . Destroy the abandoned well (s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development (Ordinance <br /> No. 1862, Section 5-4207) . <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the building <br /> permit application for mobilehome on permanent foundation or 15% at <br /> the time of renewal for a mobilehome on a temporary foundation. <br /> (The fee currently is $2 , 882 . 00 per single family dwelling unit in <br /> the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 <br /> of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published <br /> by the Engineering News Record) (Resolution R-90-304 , R-92-1025) . <br /> 2 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required <br /> for the new primary dwelling unit. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time to the building permit application for mobilehome on <br /> permanent foundation or 15% at the time of renewal for mobilehome on <br /> temporary foundation. (The fee currently is $1, 142 .76 per single <br /> family dwelling unit. , If there is no building per it required, the <br /> fee will be exempt. The fee shall be automatically increased on <br /> ate of 6.9 percent. An additional <br /> January 1 of each year at the r <br /> 3 .5 percent shall be added to the fee upon payment for processing <br /> and administering the program. (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 3 . The driveway and driveway approaches shall be improved in accordance <br /> with the requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10. 207 , <br /> San <br /> Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-1b, F-1c, & R-17 prior to issuance <br /> of the occupancy permit (Development Title Section 8-1145. 5) . <br /> 4 . The Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within the road <br /> right-of-way (Development Title Section 9-1145. 2) . <br />
