STANDARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> SD-93-69 <br /> PAGE FOUR <br /> 5. The frontage improvements for Patton Avenue shall be constructed in <br /> conformance with the standards for one-half of a 60-foot right-of- <br /> way rural collector road. The construction of the frontage <br /> improvements will be deferred, upon execution by the owner of a <br /> Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured <br /> Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit <br /> equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to issuance <br /> of the occupancy permit. (A $260. 00 fee currently is required for <br /> processing per Development Title Table 9-240. 2 in addition to a copy <br /> of the Grant Deed and an estimate. The estimate shall be prepared by <br /> a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form <br /> to be supplied by the Public Works Department and submitted to the <br /> Public Works Department for approval. As an option the Department <br /> of Public Works will prepare the drawing with estimate for an <br /> additional fee of $115. 00) (Development Title Section 9-1100. 3) <br /> NOTE: The new address for the second unit dwelling is 9 South Patton, <br /> Stockton CA 95215. <br />
