CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL , <br /> CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER DAY SAINTS <br /> UP-89-9 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the establishment of the use and the <br /> issuance of any building permits . <br /> Unless otherwise specified, the approval will expire in 18 months <br /> of the date of approval , unless ( 1 ) all Conditions of Approval <br /> have been complied with, ( 2 ) all necessary building permits have <br /> been secured and remain in force, and ( 3 ) all necessary permits <br /> from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> 1. Planning Division: <br /> a. With the exception of the proposed three-foot by six-foot <br /> wall mounted sign, any proposed sign shall meet the <br /> requirements of Section 9-3606 for monument type construc- <br /> tion. <br /> b. The trash enclosure shall be designed to accommodate all <br /> trash receptacles and constructed with a solid masonry or <br /> brick wall on three sides and gated on the fourth side. <br /> * c. Sound levels generated by the proposed use shall not <br /> exceed 65 db Ldn at the property lines . <br /> d. Parking lot lighting shall meet the following minimum <br /> standards : <br /> ( 1) The equivalent of one foot candle of illumination <br /> shall be provided throughout the parking area. <br /> ( 2) All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo-sensor <br /> system. <br /> ( 3 ) Parking lot luminaries shall be high pressure sodium <br /> vapor with 90-degree cutoff and flat lenses . <br /> ( 4 ) All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays <br /> to the premises, with no spillover beyond the pro- <br /> perty. <br /> * e. All parking spaces shall meet the requirements of the <br /> Parking Title listed in Sections 9-3702 and 9-3704 . <br /> f . All parking spaces, driveways , and maneuvering areas must <br /> be paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or <br /> cement. <br /> UP-90-9 (CASTEEL) -2- R-90-345 <br />
