g . Connection to public sewers when they become available. , <br /> 4 . Building Inspection Division: <br /> * a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division : <br /> ( 1) The proposed building shall be provided with an auto- <br /> matic fire sprinkler system. <br /> ( 2 ) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> * b. A grading plan shall be submitted, and it shall be <br /> approved and a grading permit issued by the Building <br /> Inspection Division prior to the performance of any exca- <br /> vation of filling of earth material : <br /> ( 1) The grading plan shall contain the information listed <br /> in the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006 (d) . <br /> ( 2 ) The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels . Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> ( 3 ) Grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall comply <br /> with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements . " <br /> ( 4 ) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plan. <br /> ( 5 ) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> ( 6 ) All grading permits are subject to approval by the <br /> other departments. <br /> * c. The construction site plan shall indicate the following: <br /> ( 1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> spaces shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> ( 2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, <br /> including a "tow away" sign at each entrance, to be <br /> visible from each space (C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> ( 3 ) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4-inch <br /> per foot (C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> ` UP-90-9 (CASTEEL) -6- R-90-345 <br />
