The property shall annex to the Raymus Village Maintenance <br /> aOeV-District prior to approval of the Improvement Plan to pro- <br /> s vide for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of <br /> water , sanitary, and street lighting facilities . <br /> Y * h . An Encroachment Permit is required for work within the <br /> road right-of-way. <br /> * i . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for <br /> this development . The fee currently is $6, 784 . 00 per <br /> 1, 000 gross square feet of building, as a classification <br /> of 8661. The fee shall automatically be adjusted annually <br /> by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record. Resolution No. R-89-946 <br /> suspends the fee until February 1, 1990 . <br /> j . A Preliminary Soils Report is required in accordance with <br /> 4r6'"�ff,s;fe County standards for the purpose of determining the <br /> R-Value for the design of the roads. <br /> 3Y Environmental Health Division: <br /> a . Connection to an approved public water system is required. <br /> A letter from the water supplier will be required stating <br /> that they have the capacity to serve the development and <br /> that the system meets State standard prior to recording <br /> the final map. <br /> b. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the <br /> water supply system( s ) . <br /> c. Any existing wells or septic tanks must be destroyed under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> d. Construct an 'individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> at the time of development. <br /> e. State on revised plans or improvement plans that the leach <br /> field area will be baricaded so it cannot be driven over, <br /> parked on, or used as a storage area . This leach field <br /> area must be used for that specific purpose only and can- <br /> not contain any underground utility lines . <br /> f .
