A completed Water Discharge Report
2. An information package dated December 2, 1987, which outlines the Terra
Genesis proposed soil decontamination process and activity to be located
near Manteca , California.
3. A blueprint of an existing concrete barn slab on which contaminated
soil is to be decontaminated.
4. A summary activity statement describing the proposed decontamination
cycle at the site.
It does not seem prudent to file a report of waste discharge for the Terra
Genesis, Inc. decontamination site proposed above because the process
proposed is not a discharge or disposal facility for anything that includes
hazardous waste. Following is a summary description of the proposed schedule
of events:
TERRA GENESIS
Soil Decontamination
San Joaquin County Site
Manteca, California
February, 1988
Introduction:
Contaminant of soil at this site is limited to soil in which diesel fuel ,
unleaded gasoline and certain waste motor oils are found.
