UP-88-20 OF PAUL and KAY GIRDNER. <br /> (c/o TERRA GENESIS, INCORPORATED) , APN: 243-240-04 <br /> Dear Bruce: <br /> Enclosed is a Site Map and Improvement Plan for the above Use Permit, <br /> Item 2 - Conditions by the Department of Public Works, San Joaquin <br /> County. The following items are to be considered as part of the <br /> condition No. 2 submittal : <br /> 1. The new concrete will be top sealed with a penetrating sealant, <br /> Conseal No. 1000 or equal , (see attached informational brochure, <br /> Exhibit A). <br /> 2. Winter treatment will entail contaminated soil treatment under <br /> a waterproof covering that will yield only uncontaminated stormwater <br /> discharged to an area north of the treatment pad, (see Site <br /> Map/Improvement Plan for details). It is anticipated that stormwater <br /> will seep into the soil which is permeable and has absorbed <br /> stormwater in previous rain storms. <br /> 3. Recirculation water system will receive any summer season water <br /> spillage and will allow for reuse on treatment area. This amount <br /> of water is expected to be minimal and very sporadic. Makeup water <br /> for the treatment sprinklers will be added to the 7,000 gallons± <br /> water storage reservoir, (a part of the recycling system) , by means <br /> Providing services in transportation, disposal and treatment of hazardous waste materials. <br />
