7.1 MITIGATION MONITORING PROGRAM <br /> Geology, Soils, and Seismicity <br /> Table 7.1 -continued <br /> Timing or <br /> Person/ Frequency <br /> Monitoring Agency of <br /> Impact Mitigation Measure Requirements Responsible' Monitoring= <br /> ■ GEOLOGY, SOILS, AND SEISMICITY <br /> 4.6-1(a) The applicant should develop erosion and sediment Approval of plan. SJCDPW SP, PC and <br /> 4.6-1 Soils exposed during grading and control standards for the proposed project and submit C (weekly) <br /> project construction could be the standards to the San Joaquin County Department of <br /> subject to excessive erosion. Public Works for review and approval prior to approval <br /> of the Specific Plan. Prior to any on-site construction, an <br /> erosion and sediment control plan for each Individual <br /> construction project should be developed by the project <br /> engineer and submitted to the San Joaquin County <br /> Department of Public Works for review and approval. The <br /> plan should comply with requirements of the San Joaquin <br /> County Grading Ordinance; and the National Pollutant <br /> Discharge Elimination System non-point-source reduction <br /> programs. as a minimum. <br /> 4.6-1(b) Excavation of creek channels would require permits by the Submittal of permits. CDFG and PC <br /> California Department of Fish and Game. These permits SJCDPW <br /> would ensure protection of water quality by requiring <br /> minimization of sedimentation. <br /> 4.6-2 Surface soils with high shrink/swell 4.6-2 Prior to development approval of the Specific Plan, a Submittal of SJCCDD SP and PC <br /> potential could cause damage to defiled preliminary geotechnical investigation of on-site preliminary <br /> building foundations and paved soils should he conducted.
