The 100-year flood <br /> elevation at that location will be approximately 17-feet N.G.V.D. <br /> RRCOMMSATDATTONS: <br /> The E.T.R. for the development shall consider the following: <br /> 1. A complete Traffic Study on the effects to the highway and road system and <br /> their mitigative measures (on-site and off-site) . <br /> 2. A drainage study of the area to determine capacities of proposed discharge <br /> channels. <br /> 4.
