Should one of the High Schools be in Phase III? - the <br /> applicant has no control over this development. <br /> 2 . Having multi-family land uses adjacent to industrial uses on <br /> Patterson Pass Road may be problematic. <br /> 3. There is no increase in units/acreage for Medium-High density <br /> land uses. Should this be changed to increase the density of <br /> the project? <br /> 4 . R/L decreased overall, but H/R increases by 5 acres. Should <br /> more H/R be provided to provide for diverse housing mix? <br /> 5 . What is the correct symbol for K-8? Is it a black square or a <br /> black spot with a square around it? <br /> 6 . Is "OR" a new land use designation? <br /> 7 . Is the plan proposing "AG" for lands adjacent to the east of <br /> Patterson Pass Road? <br /> 8 . Define transit land use designation on the map. <br /> 9 . Define land use designation for non-designated land at Grant <br /> Line Road and overhead transmission lines. <br /> 10 . Retail Commercial in the floodplain? Should any land uses be <br /> permitted within the 2 ,000 foot setback of the Old River ( 100 <br /> year floodplain) ? <br /> 11. Is there consent from property owners on south of Grant Line <br /> Road for the plan? <br /> 12 . Is the proposed tentative phasing plan the same? Is there a <br /> revised table broken down by land use? <br /> 13 . Is the list of employment by phase the same? Is there a <br /> revised table? <br /> 14 . Does the Mitigated Plan affect the Cancellation of the <br /> Williamson Act contract findings? <br /> 15.
